Why us
Interview them yourself. As many rounds as you need.
Sofielle Global is a DMW-licensed recruitment and deployment agency in Cebu with a representative office in London. You meet every candidate you are considering — video interviews around your timezone, as many rounds as it takes, before anything is signed.
Our origin
We work from your job order, not a CV pile.
Overseas employers keep asking the same question about a CV from the Philippines: can you show me this person is actually prepared? Most agencies cannot, because they forward a certificate without ever having seen what sits behind it.
Our process starts with your job order. We document the role and the package first, then source against it — sometimes from candidates already in our pool, sometimes by recruiting specifically to your brief. We tell you which it is.

Engagement
How the Philippine side runs, step by step.
This is our half, and it is the same wherever we are deploying to. What happens on your side — the permit, the visa route and the local registrations — differs by country, and each corridor page sets that out on its own terms.
- 01Week 1
Requirement briefing
We document your role profile, resident acuity, shift patterns, accommodation arrangements, salary and contract terms, plus the compliance documents your jurisdiction requires.
- 02DMW job order
Accreditation and documentation
We complete DMW job-order accreditation for your organisation and verify the employer documents needed for lawful deployment from the Philippines.
- 03Pool or fresh
Sourcing against your order
Some orders fill from candidates we already hold; others we recruit to your brief. Either way we check certification and experience against the order, and handle the documents lawful deployment requires, before a profile reaches you.
- 04Remote or Cebu
Your interviews
Panel or one-to-one interviews, remote or on-site in Cebu, arranged around your timezone. We host, translate where needed, and record outcomes.
- 05Compliance handled
Contracting and mobilisation
Employment contract verification, the medical and clearance chain, the visa file prepared from the worker's side, OEC issuance, pre-departure orientation and flight coordination. The work permit itself is applied for by you in your own jurisdiction.
- 06Committed in writing
Arrival and aftercare
We meet workers at the airport and see them to where they are staying, then run scheduled welfare check-ins through the settling-in period. Your management team has a named contact throughout, through our London-based representative.
Corridors
Three corridors open, one in preparation.
Japan
Malaysia
Ireland

We publish this table because ethical recruitment is a compliance matter for you as much as for us. Nothing is recovered from the worker's salary at any stage.
How we work
Three commitments we do not trade away.
Ethical recruitment
Evidence over assertion
No exclusive training arrangement
Interviews
Nobody is hired from paper alone.
A CV tells you what someone has done. It does not tell you how they speak to a resident, how they handle being corrected, or whether they will still be with you in a year. So we do not ask you to hire from one.
- 01Your timezone
First round, on video
Shortlisted candidates meet you by video, scheduled around your timezone rather than ours. Panel or one-to-one, whichever suits how you normally hire.
- 02No cap
As many further rounds as you want
Bring in your Director of Nursing for a second look, run a scenario round, or put a candidate in front of the team they would join. We arrange each one — there is no cap and no charge per round.
- 03Supported
Someone from Cebu on every call
Our team joins to handle scheduling, connection problems and any language support needed, so a technical hitch never costs a candidate their chance or you your morning.
- 04No obligation
Decline anyone, for any reason
You are never asked to justify a no. If a shortlist is not right, we go back and build another one — that is the work, not an inconvenience.
- 05Cebu
Or come and do it in person
Operators who would rather interview face to face are welcome in Cebu, and we will arrange the whole day around it.
Every interview happens before a contract exists. Nothing is signed, by you or by the candidate, until you have met them and decided for yourself.
Due diligence
Check us before you commit.
Everything we claim is checkable. Our licence number can be verified against the Department of Migrant Workers register, and the deployment chain described on the corridor pages is public regulation you can read for yourself.
For any candidate we put forward, ask what we screened and what we did not. An agency that will not tell you the difference is asking you to take a CV on trust.
