Your rights as an applicant
We never charge workers any recruitment, placement, or processing fee — at any stage, for any reason. If anyone asks you for money in our name, contact our Cebu office immediately. Enrollment at any particular training institution is never a condition of deployment with Sofielle Global, whatever the role.
Personal documents such as your passport stay your own cost, paid directly to the issuing office and never to us. We tell you exactly which those are before you apply.
What happens next
How your application is handled.
- We read every application and reply within 24 hours, whether or not there is a match right now.
- If your profile fits an open job order, we invite you to an interview.
- Where you hold a certificate, we check it and its training record at source.
- You keep the right to decline any job offer, for any reason, at any point.
Corridors open to applicants change with the orders open at the time. Ask us what is current rather than assuming — we would rather tell you honestly than keep a CV on file against nothing.
