For candidates
No placement fees. A licensed route abroad.
If you are a Filipino worker hoping to work abroad, Sofielle Global is a DMW-licensed agency that will never ask you for a recruitment, placement or processing fee. Employers carry those costs. Ask us which corridors are open before you apply — what we recruit for differs by country.
Your rights as a candidate
We accept certification from any accredited training institution in the Philippines. Enrollment at any particular school is never a condition of deployment with Sofielle Global, whatever the role. We also never charge workers any recruitment, placement, or processing fee — at any stage, for any reason.
Personal documents such as your passport stay your own cost, paid directly to the issuing office and never to us. We tell you exactly which those are before you apply.
Our promise
What you pay, and what you never will.
No placement fee. No processing fee. No salary deduction later, and no repayment arrangement disguised as a bond. If anyone claims to collect money on our behalf, that person does not represent Sofielle Global — please report it to our Cebu office.

How to apply
Your route from application to arrival.
- 01
Send your application
Contact our Cebu office with your résumé, any certification you already hold, and the kind of work you are looking for. We will tell you which corridors are currently open to that profile.
- 02
Initial interview
We go through your certification and your experience, and talk through the corridors that are open to your profile. If something is missing for the route you want, we will tell you honestly.
- 03
Certification, if you do not hold it yet
Most corridors ask for a recognised certificate and documented experience — TESDA Caregiving NC II for care roles, the equivalent trade certification for everything else — regardless of where you trained. If you are not yet certified, we will point you to the accredited options available to you and leave the choice entirely with you. Where you study has no bearing on whether we consider you.
- 04
Employer interview
We present you to employers on the corridors open to your profile and prepare you for the interview. You keep the right to decline any job offer for any reason.
- 05
Documentation and departure
Contract, medical examination, visa, OEC and pre-departure orientation — handled by our compliance team, paid for by the employer.
- 06
Support after you arrive
Someone meets you at the airport and gets you to where you are staying. After that, check-ins through your first months, guidance on settling in, and a contact you can reach through our London-based representative.
